It's fitting that Janome is celebrating its 90th Anniversary with special Cherry Blossom Bobbins. The name"Janome" was at first a nickname due to the unique design of the lower bobbin. It reminded people of a snake eye, which is pronounced Ja-NO-me in Japanese.
Pink cherry blossoms are a well known symbol of Japan. This set of 25 pink bobbins is packaged in a Janome-brand cherry blossom motif organizer for easy carrying and storage. Janome "plastic" bobbins fit all standard Janome sewing machines (except the 1600 series and the MB-4).
