NEW CONCEPTS IN CLASSES
Many of our teachers develop classes that they believe their students (that's you!) would find beneficial and interesting. Below we have descriptions of two such classes. Would you be interested in taking them? IF THESE CLASSES APPEAL TO YOU, please call 780-496-9375 and we'll add your name to a waiting list for them!
(1) WARDROBE ALTERATIONS FOR SENIORS
Join us for two 5-hour classes and learn to do personal fittings for your senior family member or friend! Do you have some sewing skills, but are concerned how to use those with regard to renewing the wardrobe of someone special to you? Here is your opportunity to have total guidance under a qualified, experienced instructor. You can bring your senior for a fitting, then attack the methods required to bring some items back into the closet. Some may need secure mending; some brief changes; some may require major techniques to get them back into use again!
(2) DO I NEED A SERGER?
You've heard the term, perhaps even SEEN this machine at a friend's house. But do you know for sure what is really does? More importantly, would it enhance your sewing experience? This is your perfect chance to find out. Come to this "mini" class to hear and see a thorough explanation of the benefits of owning a serger. Just come on out with your questions and ideas. We will give you the learning tools to make it easier for you to make that crucial decision - would you like one???!
For southside classes, please call 780-496-9375 to register and for
classes on the northside, please call 780-452-0102.

When you find a class that you are interested in, go to the "Class" tab to find the calendar and registration information.
